Brian Nelson Tedd, Esq.
Brian is an associate at CDH Law where he leads the firm’s estate planning practice while playing a large role in our criminal defense practice. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hartwick College in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2018. Brian is a member of the New York State Defender’s Association where he received a Trial Skills certification.
Since joining CDH Law, Brian has handled matters ranging from traffic violations to violent felonies as well as Family Law and Estate Planning matters. Brian has honed his trial skills by taking over ten felony matters to trial before juries throughout New York State.
Brian is a native Central New Yorker, born and raised in the Syracuse area. He is an avid sports fan and has turned his attention toward coaching youth sports. He also is active as an alumni of his college and was recently elected as the President of his fraternity’s Alumni Organization.
Brian is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
