Charge of Refusal to Submit to Chemical Breath Test Dismissed at Refusal Hearing

At the DMV administrative hearing, we demonstrated that the police did not have probable cause to pull our client over. The refusal charge was dismissed and our client was spared a one-year revocation of her license.
