I was arrested for pulling a gun on a woman in traffic. I was completely innocent of the crime. I had a warrant for my arrest and attorney Brian Tedd was there With me to turn myself in and he was at the two court appearances. This is the first time I had a lawyer that cared. The best way I can explain it is that it was like having your dad there in court with you. He was able to show a video in court proving my innocence. He got me released on my own recognizance and argued in court to have my case dismissed. His argument was nothing short of Amazing. My case was completely dismissed even when the DA wanted to try to take me to Trial.
Came back to add this… I never had to worry of Brian was going to show up to court while I was in county jail. He answered my call from jail and reassured me he was showing up to court. I didn’t have to spend my time being nervous or scared and this is the FIRST time I could say to myself. “I have a lawyer on my side that’s actually cares what happens.” Like I said. It felt like having your dad as your lawyer. You know you were ok. Never had that confident feeling before.
