Brian Nelson Tedd, Esq. serves as the Senior Associate at CDH Law, where he plays a pivotal role in the firm’s criminal defense practice while leading the estate planning and real estate law practices. With a diverse legal background and a commitment to excellence, Brian brings a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and dedication to every case he handles.
Education
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hartwick College in 2015 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2018. During law school, Brian developed a passion for criminal law, estate planning, and real estate law, laying the groundwork for his legal career.

A native Central New Yorker, Brian is actively involved in his community. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys coaching youth sports in his free time. Brian is also dedicated to giving back to his alma mater and serves as the President of his fraternity’s Alumni Organization.
